Quick maturing with smooth, large dark green leaves high in vitamins and minerals. Eat the baby leaves fresh in salads or stir-fries. When the young plants are large enough to handle, thin the seedlings to 30cm (12in) apart, repeat sowing at a 3 weekly interval for a continuous crop. An excellent variety.
